As a valued member of Saffron & Sage, your membership offers a range of benefits and services designed to support your holistic health journey. Whether you're new to our community or a long-time member, understanding how to fully utilize your membership can enhance your experience and ensure you get the most out of your investment.

 
 

This guide covers everything you need to know about your membership, including credit usage, services included, and important policies.

Understanding Your Membership Credits

Your membership at Saffron & Sage comes with a set number of credits based on the membership tier you selected (12, 24, 48, or 96). These credits are applied at the time of booking, and if no credits are available, your card on file will be automatically charged to complete the booking process.

Medical Credits:
Medical credits can be applied to the following services:

  • Acupuncture

  • Acupuncture Combination Treatments

  • IV Therapy

  • Integrative Physicals

  • Holistic Health Check-Ups

  • Laboratory Interpretation

  • Facial Rejuvenation

  • Microneedling (Face & Décolletage)

  • Nutritional Therapy

Non-Medical Credits:
Non-medical credits can be used for:

  • Massage Therapy

  • Massage Therapy Combination Treatments

  • Fire Cupping

  • Facials: Anti-Aging, Acne, Psoriasis, Eczema, Lymphatic Drainage, Buccal 

  • Breathwork

  • Energy Medicine: Reiki, Qi Gong, Chi Nei Tsang,

  • Hypnotherapy & Neuro Linguistic Programming

  • Spiritual Direction

  • Coaching: Life, Performance and Career Coaching

  • Counseling: EMDR, IFS

  • Somatic Experiencing 

  • Meditation & Sound Baths 

Complimentary Coaching Sessions

All memberships include seven complimentary coaching sessions, which are crucial for ongoing care and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments. These sessions also help in adjusting your holistic healthcare plan and managing your account. These sessions are worth 1 non-medical credit and are valued at $1750 for your first year of care. The sessions include:

  • Consultation

  • Member Onboarding

  • Integration 

  • Spring Integration

  • Summer Integration

  • Autumn Integration

  • Winter Integration

These seasonal check-ins are mandatory and serve as a clinical compliance requirement, ensuring that your care plan is tailored to your evolving needs and we are achieving the clinical outcomes we set out to address. What’s more is these sessions serve a purpose beyond benchmarking and aim to help you move through any barriers or stagnation that might be arising through that specific season. 

Each year after your initial year of care you receive 4 of these sessions (valued at $1000) that support you in each season for that year and every year thereafter. 

What’s Included in Your Annual Membership?

Your membership is designed to provide comprehensive support throughout the year. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Designated Credits: Based on your membership tier, you'll receive a specific quantity of credits (12, 24, 48, or 96).

  • Complimentary Coaching Sessions: These include a consultation, member onboarding, and integration sessions at month 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.

  • Concierge Support: Our team is available to assist with booking, recommendations, and is just a text, call, or email away.

  • Retail Discounts: Enjoy 10% off select retail products and pharmacy prescriptions. 

  • Event Discounts: Enjoy member rates and priority registration for classes, workshops, certifications and retreats. 

  • Member Rates: You unlock member rates based on your membership tier and save up to 30% on care. When you become a member you secure your membership for life unless you relinquish your membership and therefore your member rate and guaranteed access to care. Your member rate is locked in for 12 months and escapes annual membership increases through auto-renew. Your rate is locked in and only increases by 5% each year.

What’s Not Included in Your Annual Membership?

While your membership offers many benefits, certain services are not included and may incur additional costs:

  • Lab Tests: These include functional bloodwork (The Saffron Panel), microbiome testing, micronutrient tests and all other diagnostic testing. 

  • Herbal Prescriptions & Supplements: These are charged separately and are not included in the membership.

  • Products: Any products purchased in the boutique are charged separately and credits do not apply.  

Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), and Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) Usage

You can use your FSA, HSA, or LSA at Saffron & Sage. Here’s how:

  • FSA: You can purchase directly with your FSA debit card. You are responsible for managing your funds in accordance with the FSA guidelines. 

  • HSA: You can purchase directly with your HSA debit card. You are responsible for using your card in accordance with the qualified medical expenses outlined on the IRS website.

  • LSA: While you can use your LSA, Saffron & Sage is not liable for unapproved expenses. Please verify qualifying terms with your LSA provider.

Membership Policies

Cancellation Policy:
You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you cancel within this 48-hour window, the credit(s) will be forfeited. For same-day cancellations, your credit(s) will be forfeited and a $50 fee applies for each hour you were scheduled for service(s).

Canceling Your Membership:
To cancel your membership's auto-renewal, email a written request to service@saffronsageliving.com at least 30 days prior to your renewal date. For example, if your membership activates on 4/15/23, your renewal date will be 4/1/24. You must send your cancellation request by 3/1/24 or earlier.

Credit Expiration:
Membership credits expire 12 months after purchase. Additional credits purchased at your member rate can be utilized within 12 months of purchase. If you relinquish your membership all credits must be used by the expiration date of your membership.

Purchasing Additional Credits:
You may buy extra credits at your member rate anytime within your 12-month membership period. These credits may be purchased in increments of 12, 24, 48 or 96. These credits must be used within the same annual membership period.
