Deep Tissue / Orthopedic Massage Therapist
Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Contract or Employee)
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and intuitive Deep Tissue / Orthopedic Massage Therapist to join our integrative care team. This role focuses on supporting clients with musculoskeletal pain, injury recovery, and structural alignment.
Responsibilities:
Perform customized massage sessions focused on pain relief, injury recovery, and structural balance
Collaborate with acupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, and other providers for whole-person care
Maintain clean, welcoming treatment spaces and adhere to hygiene protocols
Maintain accurate session notes and treatment plansEducate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices
Qualifications:
Licensed Massage Therapist in California
Trained in deep tissue, sports, orthopedic massage (additional modalities a plus)
Strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
Professional, empathetic, and team-oriented
2+ years experience preferred

Naturopathic Doctor (ND)
Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Contract or Employee (Flexible Hours)
Overview: We are looking for a licensed Naturopathic Doctor to deliver holistic, evidence-informed care as part of our integrative team. This role is ideal for a passionate clinician who blends botanical medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle with diagnostic insight.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient intakes and develop wellness protocols
Prescribe natural remedies and order labs as needed
Collaborate with acupuncturists, massage therapists, and MDsTrack client progress and adjust treatments accordingly
Educate clients on sustainable wellness practices
Qualifications:
Licensed ND in California
Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
Comfortable working in a team-based environment
Strong understanding of functional labs and natural therapeutics

Acupuncturist

Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Acupuncturist to provide individualized, trauma-informed Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments to our diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
Provide acupuncture, cupping, and herbal consultations
Conduct thorough intakes and develop treatment plans
Maintain client records and follow-up protocolsCollaborate with team members for integrative care
Educate patients on TCM principles and lifestyle support
Qualifications:
California Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.)
Experience with musculoskeletal, digestive, and emotional health issues

Personal Assistant (Concierge Team)
Location: San Diego, CA
Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (2:00 PM – 8:30 PM)
Type: Part-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt | At-Will Employment
Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Saffron & Sage Concierge team and client experience operations. This role assists with daily business operations while ensuring clients receive attentive, professional service throughout their member journey.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Responsibilities:
Run offsite errands based on company needs
Support promotion and sales of Saffron & Sage products and services
Assist with daily business operations
Maintain professional and courteous client relations
Manage client needs, requests, and concerns brought to your attention
Act as a client liaison, assisting with bookings, account details, and member journey support
Assist with occasional design, photography, and social media tasks related to the company
Perform duties in accordance with Saffron & Sage policies
Qualifications:
Strong communication and active listening skills
Commitment to providing exceptional client service
Above-average interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to communicate effectively with prospective and existing clients
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Requirements:

Training Period:
This position includes a 90-day probationary and training period. The company reserves the right to extend this period at its discretion.
