Ayurvedic Spiced Tea

Per Guru Jagat's suggestion, I've been decocting this spiced tea daily, and it's truly the best treat. I've also, in true Ayurvedic fashion, noticed that my nails are pinker, skin tone is more even, and my eyes are whiter. It also tastes like heaven. 

AYURVEDIC SPICED TEA

2 2/3 c water

3 whole cloves

4 whole cardamom pods, cracked

4 whole black peppercorns

1/2 stick cinnamon

1/2 c almond milk

2 slices of fresh ginger root chopped

3 drops stevia

PROCESS | Bring the water, spices and ginger to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Pour in cup of choice. Add almond milk and stevia. Stir and enjoy.
