FIG + BURRATA
2 figs | washed and sliced thin vertical
Raw grass-fed burrata
Olive oil
Vinegar of choice (I opted for traditional balsamic)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Squeeze of half a lime
Thyme
PROCESS | assemble figs and burrata in your creative fashion of choice. Drizzle your olive oil, balsamic & lime. Top with salt, pepper, thyme, and pretend that you are enjoying this with a crisp rose in the South of France.
MODIFY | for true food pairing sticklers and diehard plant-based eater, swap the burrata for avocado and heirloom tomatoes.
