PRE-DEPARTURE INFORMATION
SAFFRON & SAGE RETREAT
Oaxaca, México | January 15 - 20, 2024
OUR WHY
Retreats have been an essential part of my spiritual practice and have played a pivotal role in my holistic health journey.
In fact, the vision for Saffron & Sage emerged during an extended season of rest and retreat. During my six-month sabbatical in Mexico Doctors found four tumors rapidly growing in my neck and thyroid.
Now Saffron & Sage exists as an urban sanctuary for the city's most influential leaders who believe that holistic healthcare is the foundation of personal and professional development leading to expansion and transformation.
The Saffron & Sage International Retreat exists as an essential extension of our holistic healthcare model where we take a select group of women to the land where it all began.
Mexico is not just the birthplace of Saffron & Sage, but also a country that serves as a beautiful container for rest and renewal. We will be traveling to the sacred state of Oaxaca where health and healing has been central to the indigenous communities that have inhabited this place for centuries.
This retreat takes place in the middle of Winter and also the beginning of the New Year. Winter is the season of rest and reflection. A time for slow living and resetting in preparation for Spring.
This week is an opportune time to reflect on the year that has come to pass while looking forward to the future year and what you want to behold.
I look forward to making pilgrimage to Puerto Escondido with you.
