Saffron & Sage will be taking over the TAP ROOM at New Motion Beverages to cultivate a morning of wellness, movement and inner peace!

Join New Motion Beverages, Embolden Beer Company, Cattle Dog Coffee and Saffron & Sage for a 90 minute pre-Valentine’s Day experience that includes:

Earseeds (Needle-less Acupuncture)

An Acupuncturist will apply small needle-less acupuncture seeds to specific points in the ear to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. These points are designed to reboot the brain and increase productivity to conquer the upcoming week.

Moving Meditation Yoga

Move through a series of exercises designed to generate heat in the body, open the heart and gently detoxify internal organs. This dynamic rhythm of poses will support strength and flexibility while clearing the mind.

Sound Bath

We will close the session with cleansing sound bath, a form of sensory therapy used for centuries around the globe. Participants will ‘submerge’ themselves in a full body listening experience to realign and recenter their energetic frequency.

Expect to leave this experience feeling balanced, connected and rejuvenated.
