48-Hour Cancellation Window

  • What It Means:
    You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid losing your credit(s) or session(s). This window is a protected time, as 48 hours before your scheduled session(s), your provider(s) begin to collaborate and review key information relevant to your appointment. They assess past visit history, diagnostic tests, intake forms, results from your integrative physical, and your holistic healthcare plan. This collaborative approach sets us apart, ensuring that every session is well-prepared and aligned with your overall care plan, fostering a cohesive and effective treatment experience and delivering results.

  • How to Cancel or Reschedule:
    To cancel or reschedule, simply call or text, you can leave a voicemail if unable to connect with our concierge. Make sure your communication is made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the change is processed within the allowable time frame.

  • Early Cancellation:
    If you cancel before the 48-hour window, it is considered an Early Cancellation. In this case, the credit(s) or session(s) you purchased will be added back to your account, allowing you to reschedule without forfeit your credit(s) or payment.

Same-Day Cancellation Policy

  • Fees and Forfeiture:
    Canceling on the same day of your appointment incurs a $50 cancellation fee. Furthermore, the credit(s) for the session(s) will also be forfeited. This policy is in place because last-minute cancellations hinder our ability to offer the appointment slot to other clients, disrupting our schedule and impacting the continuity of your care. Our goal is to ensure that every member receives the attention and preparation they deserve, valuing each appointment as an essential part of delivering holistic healthcare.

Non-Refundable Policy

  • What It Entails:
    Saffron & Sage operates as a non-refundable facility. If you cancel your appointment within the 48-hour window, you forfeit your credit(s) or session(s). This policy allows us to effectively manage our resources and ensures fairness for all clients. We are committed to providing value, as your credits support collaborative care with your treatment team—even when you’re not in the room—helping us work toward your comprehensive 50-page holistic health plan. This approach ensures you receive the most benefit for your investment in your care.

Membership Cancellation

  • Annual Membership Auto-Renewal:
    At Saffron & Sage, our annual memberships automatically renew on the 1st day of the month you initiated care following your one-year anniversary. To cancel auto-renewal, you must submit a written request via email to service@saffronsageliving.com at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

  • What We Value:
    We value a carefully curated membership model, accepting new members only when we can fully integrate them into a dedicated treatment team. This ensures that each member has access to 3-5 providers consistently for their first 12 months. Our membership base directly supports our providers, allowing them to focus on delivering personalized care. If you ever need to relocate or discontinue care, please let us know in advance, as this helps us maintain the quality and stability of our services. 

  • Example of Renewal Date Calculation:
    If your membership activates on September 15, 2024, your renewal date would be September 1, 2025. To relinquish your membership status and rates and avoid auto-renewal, send your cancellation request by August 1, 2025, or earlier.
