  • All services are fully inclusive and we never uncharge for combination treatments or add-ons like CBD, essential oils or aromatherapy.

    • TREATMENTS: $25 for them & $25 for you for any treatment booked by your referral!

    • MEMBERSHIPS: Receive a FREE treatment from us when someone you refer becomes a member!

Policies:

  • Due to the Covid Crisis our cleaning protocols take a little bit longer than you may be used to, please note, rather than increasing service prices we have slightly reduced our normal 60 sessions to 55 minutes to ensure we can properly and effectively sanitize treatment rooms in between guests.

  • All Sales are Final.

  • We have a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy, you will receive a reminder email 2 days prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule please do so at that time to avoid any fees or loss of credit.

  • We understand that things come up! If for some reason you are unable make your appointment and the 48 hour window has passed, send a friend in your place to take advantage of the service credit.

  • Failure to reschedule 48 hours prior or send someone in your will result in loss of service credit.

  • Same day cancellations will be charged $50 fee.

  • Membership contracts are for 12 months and will automatically renew.

  • If you need to cancel your membership please submit a cancellation notice to service@saffronsageliving.com 30 days prior to your 12 month contract.

  • Until it is deemed safe not to, face coverings are required upon arrival and in all common spaces.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Clients may change or cancel an appointment by phone or email up to 48 hours advance notice with no penalty. Cancelling within less than 48 hours of the appointment time will result in a zero refund of the service amount booked.

  • Clients who book for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Should you cancel your appointment the same day you will forfeit the amount of the service booked.

    NO SHOW POLICY:

    Clients who fail to show up for their appointments will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled service in addition to a $50 no show fee.

    TARDINESS POLICY:

  • All Clients are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled service appointment. Any client who arrives after their scheduled service will receive a shortened session to end at the agreed upon time at booking. No discounts or refunds will be issued for the shortened session. Any tardiness greater than 20 minutes will result in a forced cancellation, service fees associated with that appointment will not be refunded.
