With a profound sense of empathy and care, Kelly understands the challenges and stresses associated with leadership roles, whether in managing a large company or leading a family. Her methodology blends Somatic Experiencing, nervous system regulation, principles from yoga and Buddhism, and insights from positive psychology, enriched by her roles as a mother and a recovering codependent. Kelly employs a strengths-based approach to empower her clients to discover freedom and ease, cultivating greater capacity for joy and presence in their lives.

In her down time, Kelly greatly enjoys sailing, practicing yoga, cooking nourishing meals for her family and friends, and spending time in nature with her 15 year old son and their border collie, Charlie.
